Francisca: An easy to knit and very pretty Top (free pattern)

Here is a new favorite pattern of mine: FRANCISCA

Francisca is a summer top that can be easily adjusted in width and length to fit any size. Add more repeats to make it wider and knit it as long as you like or until you run out of yarn, whatever happens first.

Knit two identical rectangles, join the shoulders with a 3-needle-bind off, sew up the sides, and you have a beautiful top.

The patterns consists of a simple 4-row repeat. Actually, only the first row requires some attention as rows 2, 3, and 4 are plain knit or purl.
